Data Deletion Request Instruction
1. Introduction
CPA.Club is committed to protecting your privacy and providing transparency regarding the management of your personal data. In accordance with Facebook’s Platform Terms, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other relevant data privacy laws, we provide users with a straightforward process to request the deletion of their data.
If you have used Facebook Login to access CPA.Club, you can request the removal of any personal data stored on our platform. This document explains how to do so.
2. What Data Can Be Deleted?
Upon request, we will delete the following data:
- Personal Information (Name, Email, Profile Picture)
- Account-Related Data (Settings, Preferences, Activity Logs)
- Authentication Tokens (Stored Facebook Login credentials)
- Other Data Collected via Facebook Login
Please note:
- Anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify you may be retained for analytical purposes.
- Certain data may be retained for legal, security, or compliance reasons, in line with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
3.1. Automated Deletion via Facebook
If you have used Facebook Login, you can remove your data by:
- Going to Facebook's Settings (https://www.facebook.com/settings)
- Selecting Apps and Websites
- Finding CPA.Club and clicking Remove
- Choosing the option to delete all associated data
Once you remove the app, Facebook will automatically send a Data Deletion Request to us, and we will process it within 30 days.
3.2. Manual Request via Email
If you prefer to request deletion manually, send an email to [email protected] with:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your full name
- The email linked to your Facebook account
- A request for complete data removal
After verification, your data will be deleted within 30 days, and we will send a confirmation email.
4. Processing and Response Time
- Requests are processed within 30 days from the date of submission.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful deletion.
- If additional verification is required, our support team will contact you.
5. Exceptions to Data Deletion
While we honor all valid requests, some data may be retained if:
- It is required for compliance with legal obligations (e.g., tax or fraud prevention laws).
- There are unresolved disputes or investigations involving your account.
- The request lacks necessary details for verification (e.g., incorrect email).
In such cases, we will inform you about any limitations.
